Terms of Use
Effective date: 15 August 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of regalia.lk and the tools on it — our proposal builders, the Schedule a Call booking, product enquiries and the client portal. The site is operated by Rukshimart (Private) Limited, doing business as Regalia Solutions, of No: 94/1/1, Artigala Mawatha, Kolomunna, Piliyandala, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you are using it for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept them on that company's behalf.
2. Using the site
You are welcome to browse, read and share our public pages. Please do not:
- attempt to gain access to accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
- probe, scan or test our security without our written permission;
- scrape or bulk-download the site, or use automated tools to submit forms or generate enquiries;
- upload anything containing malware, or anything you do not have the right to share;
- use the site to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content.
If you believe you have found a security flaw, we would much rather hear from you than not: please write to [email protected]. Report it to us privately and give us a reasonable chance to fix it, and we will not treat your report as a breach of these terms.
3. Prices shown in our proposal builders
This section matters, so we have kept it blunt.
- The figures are indicative, not a quotation. They are an honest estimate based on the options you selected, to help you plan. They do not create a contract and we are not bound by them until we issue you a formal written quotation.
- They apply to small and medium enterprises. Our published pricing is built for the Sri Lankan SME market. Whether it applies to you is determined by the staff size and turnover you tell us, measured against thresholds we maintain and may update.
- Large-scale and corporate requirements are priced individually. If your organisation sits above those thresholds, the builder will not show an amount. That is deliberate: scope, integration, risk and compliance obligations at that size vary far too much for a list price to be honest. Pricing is then determined by Regalia Solutions management against your actual requirement.
- Discounts are conditional. Any discount shown while you fill in a brief applies to that brief, on the terms displayed, and may be time-limited or withdrawn.
- Unless we state otherwise, amounts are in Sri Lankan Rupees and exclude taxes and third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licences, advertising spend and payment gateway fees.
4. Recurring and subscription fees
Several of our services carry an ongoing monthly fee as well as a one-off build cost — hosting, maintenance, support, licensing and managed marketing among them. Where that applies, the builder tells you so at the point it is relevant. The amount is not shown as part of the estimate, because it is set by Regalia Solutions management according to your capacity, usage and budget. You will always be told the recurring amount in writing, and you will always agree to it, before any subscription begins.
5. Your proposal link and follow-up emails
When you verify your email address we give you a private link to your draft, valid for seven days. Treat it as confidential — anyone with the link can see and change your draft. Over those seven days we may send you up to seven reminders, each with a one-click opt-out. After seven days the link stops working and you would need to start again.
6. Products, demos and purchases
Our product pages describe software we sell, such as SM Planner and our Point of Sale with Inventory system. Requesting a demo or submitting an enquiry places you under no obligation.
Where a page offers direct purchase, the checkout may be operated by a third party — a payment gateway or a marketplace such as Envato. Those purchases are governed by that provider's terms and their handling of your payment details; we never receive or store your card details. Product features and prices may change, and availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
7. Bookings
Booking a call requests a time; it does not confirm one until we come back to you. We will do our best to keep to any confirmed slot and will tell you as early as we can if we cannot.
8. Portal accounts
Accounts in our client portal are issued by us to clients and partners. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email address, so the security of your account depends on the security of your inbox. Do not share codes or links with anyone. Tell us at once, at [email protected], if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what is done through your account, and we may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised or misused.
9. Our content
The site's text, design, graphics, code, case studies and articles belong to us or our licensors. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links to them. You may not republish substantial portions, or use our name, logo or client case studies commercially, without our written permission.
Case studies describe real work for named clients, published with their agreement. Results described there were achieved in those clients' specific circumstances and are not a promise of the same outcome for you.
10. Anything you send us
You keep ownership of the briefs, documents and other material you send us. You give us permission to use them for the purpose you sent them — preparing your proposal and delivering your project. You confirm you have the right to share what you send, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
11. Third-party links
Where we link to other sites, we do so because we think they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
12. Availability and liability
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and content may go out of date.
To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Services we deliver under a signed contract are governed by that contract, and where it conflicts with this page, the contract prevails.
13. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and what we store in your browser is set out in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.
14. Changes
We may update these terms as our services change. The effective date at the top tells you when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
