Built to close the gap between three agencies
Most Sri Lankan businesses we meet are working with three suppliers who have never spoken to each other: someone who built the website, someone who maintains a system behind it, and someone running the ads pointed at both. When something breaks or underperforms, each can credibly blame the other two, and the client is left arbitrating between people they hired to solve the problem.
Regalia Solutions exists to remove that gap. We keep web development, custom software and digital marketing under one roof, which means the people optimising the campaign can change the landing page, and the people running the platform can see what the campaign is promising.
We run senior-led teams rather than layered ones. There is no account-management tier between you and the engineers, which is why questions get answered by someone who has the project in their head — not by someone reading a status field back to you. When we take work on, we resource it properly and we commit to the timeline in writing.

Code, content, hosting accounts, domains and data are yours from day one. Nothing is held back as leverage at renewal, because a client who stays by choice is worth more than one who is stuck.
Build it so it can be handed over
Documented, conventional, and boring where boring is correct. Clever code that only its author understands is a liability we would be handing to you.
Security is not a phase
One-time-code sign-in, encrypted credentials, scheduled off-site backups and an audit trail on every change — built in, not bolted on after something goes wrong.
